23 Weeks...

I have gained a lot already. My OB told me to not eat a lot! Ayayay! :)

How am I feeling? I am definitely alright. Although, I need to check to my OB because I just had a leg sprain days ago. Other say it might be that I am high blood. I just had a check up last week but my blood pressure is alright. I just hope it was nothing. And I am getting heavier. My OB advised me to eat more vegetables, eat more dairy products and try not to indulge with salty foods. I already know the gender of little pea{insert grin here, lol} but I’m still not telling! haha It’ll be a secret for now:) I’ll let you know when I’m ready! Actually, I’m all good and little peanut is getting heavier too. Kicks a lot and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night because of lil pea’s kicking:) So Cute! I’ll go back to my OB in a week and I’ll deliver my lil peanut in this International Catholic Hospital. At least my OB is in there and then Sister Barbara an American missionary, who is very helpful to us:) She’s a blessing! We don’t speak Japanese very fluently and I’m glad she’s there! The hospital is like a hotel..hehe and so much better than the last I had my little Albert:) Too expensive but I love it there..feels like home ;)

How your baby’s growing:
Your baby is more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound. His skin is red and wrinkled. Blood vessels in his lungs are developing to prepare him for breathing. He can swallow, but he normally won’t pass his first stool (called meconium) until after birth. Loud noises heard often in utero — such as your dog barking or the roar of a vacuum cleaner — probably won’t faze your baby when he hears them outside the womb.

Have a great new week everyone! Be Safe! :)
